We at Sentinel LTC are proud to live in a state which has embraced the freedom of Constitutional Carry. Any Law that expands the freedom for the law-abiding is one that should be encouraged and stood behind! With new laws comes new rules. Please understand the ability to carry without a license does not give Texans a ‘blank check’ to do whatever they want. Strict laws could punish those carriers who have not educated themselves with the signs, unlawful areas and requirements to abide with the orders from police officers and private business owners. The change in the law actually broadens the ability for license holders to carry safely in Texas and fulfills the requirements to carry under the reciprocity agreements with qualifying states around the country. Now that the carry license in Texas is an option…please exercise that option of getting your license and all of the education that accompanies it.
